Here’s a great property with a mix of high and low ground. There are trails through a few areas of the property that could be opened up again pretty easily. I saw deer sign as well as sign of bears using the property when I walked it. The high ground is a mix of aspen, spruce and fir with a couple red pines mixed in. The lower areas are a mix of black spruce, tamarack and alder brush areas. The mix of high and low make for excellent deer and bear ground. As well as great edges to hunt grouse along as well as on the trails. Along the road are two nice open meadows with mixed tree’s scattered in and along them that person would be able to drive right into with a camper if the ground is dry. Both of the openings would be great for a food plot as well. The Littlefork River is nearby for canoeing as well as several other lakes to fish. There’s also thousands of acres of public lands in the area. A great all around property!!
